9 May 2017 Have been with Stonebridge now since March 2015 and quite frankly have had no cause to look back! Excellent support from everyone we have come in contact with. A BDM who adds value to our business. A dedicated Compliance support team who understand the issues and complexities of Mortgage Broking. Senior Management who want to see their AR's succeed and who actually care! A decent protection panel to work from plus of course access to the whole Mortgage market...and above all else weekly pay runs where you KNOW the amounts will always be correct! What is there not to like?
14 Sep 2016 I've been with SB for the last 5 months and have been delighted with the proposition so far. Always someone on hand to answer any queries. The revolution system is excellent, one of the best CRM systems I've used in the last 15 years as a broker. Lending & protection panels are first class and more importantly, commissions paid promptly on a weekly run. Delighted
9 Sep 2016 I have now had to leave the network as there were too many problems biggest one being total lack of support. Its impossible to get cases to pass on checking so much so I had to insist that they give my team training and issue us with an action plan. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. They are now fining advisers £40 for missing documents on files or being late dealing with things. SOME CHEEK WHEN THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO GIVE YOU TRAINING OR ACTION PLAN. I view this as a delegation of their supervisory responsibility. They could give everyone the training that they need but choose to fine them as its easier and more profitable Payments were ok but if you had anything that went into unreconciled they didn’t tell you it was there so it could be in there for months until you remembered you hadn’t been paid for a case. Oh and yes there is no compliance manual its all a guessing game with them.
