360 Dotnet’s wealth and mortgage platform, 360 Lifecycle, has launched electronic identity data verification (eIDV) and anti-money laundering (AML) software and welcome New Leaf Distribution and Express Mortgages as early adopters.
Working closely with the GBG Group, 360 Lifecycle have integrated their class leading technology into the client onboarding process, making it easier for advisers and customers to comply with recent FCA updates regarding identity requirements.
The new features will enable advisers to record and electronically identify clients by sending them a unique link over messaging to their mobile phone, enabling clients to verify themselves by taking a photo, and uploading a picture of their passport or driving licence. The new FinTech module means advisers benefit from full audit histories and can confirm and check a client’s address and investigate any PEP’s, sanction or AML hits. These have been a major focus for the FCA recently. The checks can be done in one easy mobile solution and findings can be recorded alongside the client record within their FactFind.
Ozgur Unlu, CEO of 360 Lifecycle said: “We are delighted to continue to support New Leaf and Express Mortgages. 360 Lifecycle is an intrinsic part of their businesses, and we are pleased to benefit them further with our latest integration. We will continue to work closely with them to ensure they gain the maximum benefits from our system.”
Mark Hobbs, CEO of New Leaf said: “Having a smooth journey for client onboarding is vital when trying to scale your business. 360’s eIDV and AML is a great addition to the system and compliments the FactFind and Client Portal. The feedback from our advisers has been great knowing that we can quickly and easily satisfy both ID & AML requirements for most clients in an efficient, repeatable, and robust way makes my job easier. Together we continue to deliver FinTech solutions ahead of our peers.”
Sheridan Pilling, Head of Case Management at Express Mortgages, said: “We have been using 360’s eIDV for months and we would recommend to other businesses. The simple process of requesting the ID verification via messaging, is time efficient and easy to use. Providing their ID is straight forward and easy for the client to complete. Any time saving process is a winner for us!”
