Case Study – we are currently working with an introducer whose clients are looking to purchase a G2 listed building.
The property is held in the family Ltd Company name and the equity is being gifted to the applicants. On top of this, a structural engineers report indicates there is a lot of work to be done to bring the property up to a standard that makes it suitable for lending purposes. In addition, the applicants will be living in the property – making it a regulated mortgage!
We have identified a lender who can assist on the basis required on a heavy refurbishment rate. The introducer can refinance onto a term loan once all works have been completed.
