Rates from 3.39% Up to 80% LTV

This exclusive product range also covers Ex-Pat’s, Small Licensed HMO’s up to a maximum of 6 units, MUFBs and Holiday Lets (including Air BnB’s).

There is also no credit scoring and underwriting is based on credit assessment.
