I am working with one of the previous top 3 ‘The Times Top Companies to Work For’ – they look after their staff and you can earn some serious money here as a Trainee Protection Advisor. They are one of the UK’s largest Protection Brokers and they are currently looking to grow their team with a few brokers. Leads will provided by the business and they are incredibly strong, warm leads, no cold calls or anything needed here.
The Trainee Protection Advisor salary is 22k for London, 20k for the rest of the country, but the commission is where you will earn the most money. In year 1 you will likely come out with 40k, year 2 60k and so on. It is a role where you need to see the bigger picture, and that bigger picture is huge!

What you need to have to become a Trainee Protection Advisor here;
- No protection experience required, but it would be preferred.
