My client, a specialist Mortgage Broker based near Southampton, are looking for a Mortgage Manager to join them and help build their growing team of advisors.
Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Manager:
- 2-3 years sales management experience
- Previous experience managing a successful team
- CeMAP qualified
- Have a drivers license
Duties as a Mortgage Manager include:
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Training of new advisors
- Motivate and manage the team of Mortgage Advisors
- Achieve business targets and maintain compliant standard
- Must be sales driven
