Role: Head of Commercial Property
Salary: Negotiable but ideally looking to pay between 70k-90k
Location: Manchester or Lancashire - with option to work from home occasionally.
The Company & Role:
This is a successful legal firm with two offices, one in Manchester and the other in Lancashire. They have got multiple teams and departments. They do not currently have a Head of Commercial Property and the team will be yours to build. They will look for you to grow the team to 3 or 4 over the next year and you will be focusing less on fee-earning, and more on structuring a team, putting a process in place etc.
The Successful Head of Commercial Property Applicant:
You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner who has experience managing and growing teams in your previous roles. Travel is required with this role and it would be useful if the candidate has previously worked as a Head of Commercial Property for a regional or national law firm.
This is a great opportunity for a Head of Commercial Property to come onboard and build a team within a well-established legal firm.
