A professional and respected Financial Management firm are on the lookout for a high-calibre Mortgage and Protection to join their expanding team. This is a busy role, based within a prestigious estate agency in Crewe that will provide you with a large volume of leads to convert. These will be predominantly residential mortgages, but you will come across the occasional buy-to-let and commercial cases too.
You will play an integral apart in the estate agency and collaborate with them to maintain the strong working relationship that has been established.
In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for identifying leads for the firm’s Wealth Advisors and ensuring these are passed over and converted.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• A proven track record in Mortgage and Protection Advice
• A full CeMAP qualification
• Commitment to undertake RO1 and RO5 exams
• A proactive and conscientious approach to work
• Impeccable organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning
