We've launched a brand new, Residential Limited Edition at 90% LTV!
Available on our Vida 36 credit tier, fixed for 2 years with a fixed-fee of £1,495.
We've also made price reductions to 2 of our Buy to Let products:
Vida 36, 5 year fixed, 75% LTV, 4% fee: 5.06%
Vida 36, 5 year fixed, 75% LTV, 2% fee: 5.46%

Please note, this new product range is not available for Applications with an existing mortgage offer. In these instances, a new application will be required.
