We've reduced all of our products across Residential and Buy to Let 

and made enhancements to our criteria and application process.

We've just reduced our rates
 

We've made price reductions across our Buy to Let range by up to 0.26% and our Residential range by up to 0.15%.

Please note, this new product range is not available for Applications with an existing mortgage offer. In these instances, a new application will be required.

Criteria updates

Buy to Let Criteria update

Where there is no additional borrowing, Buy to Let applications will now be stressed at pay rate. ICRs remain unchanged. 

Application Process update

Documents that require certification can now be completed using digital signatures, making the process quicker and easier for you and your customers.
