Excellent- hopefully this will be a start!
Just yesterday I had an issue and nobody cared/wanted to help and brushed it off. Posted on LinkedIn, got to the right person and found that there was a problem after all!
As much as this is a great idea, the providers need to ensure they have ‘the right people’ not just ‘any people’.
