StreamBank has delivered on a deal for a customer in London who was looking to move back to Australia to be with family and friends, from enquiry to completion in twelve working days. The application was submitted on August 6th, 2024, and the deal was paid out on August 22nd, 2024.
The customer required a speedy regulated bridging loan to pay off debts, cover moving expenses and pay off a mortgage on their current home. This has enabled the customer to move to Australia while the sale of their property is underway.
A desktop valuation was carried out via the fast stream due to the value of the existing property being over £1.5 million, and this was returned within forty-eight hours.
