Samuel Gee Good morning Over the past 2 days 30 financial advisers and IFAs have braved the cold weather and attended our Wills & Trusts training event in Kenilworth.  We asked them why they were here and this is how they answered: We've been asking our clients during the Fact Find "do you have a Will?" for years, and we've not acted upon it in any way if they've said no.  Luckily we know who they are and will be able to get back to them and offer this as a new service but it could easily have been a lost opportunity.  To improve our business offering.  We wanted to ensure that we were giving the best advice, and that advice should be to have things like Life Assurance Policies assigned and Pension Death Benefits nominated to Trust(s) and we've not been doing that.  To add a new stream of income to our business.  As an independent IFA things have been tough and this is an opportunity for me to re-engage with old clients.  It should be a lot easier to sell this service to clients who we've done business with in the past because we already have a relationship.
