Take a look at Monmouthshire Building Society’s Competitive 2 Year Fixed & Discount Rate Product Range.

Monmouthshire Building Society has launched a new range of 2 year fixed and discount rate house purchase and remortgage products offering highly competitive interest rates for loans up to 95% LTV.

The fixed rate range includes: 

• 2 year fixed rate purchase product at 1.31%, with a maximum LTV of 80% available throughout England and Wales, with a £995 product fee which can be added to the loan and a £150 application fee.
• 2 year fixed rate remortgage at 1.58% with a maximum LTV of 80%, available throughout England and Wales. This product has a £995 product fee which can be added to the loan. This product has no application fee, one free standard valuation and assisted legal fees.

The discount rate range includes:

• 2 year discount rate purchase product at 2.89% available with a maximum LTV of 95%. Featuring no product fee and a £150 application fee available in the Society’s local lending area*.
• 2 year discount rate remortgage at 1.50% with a maximum LTV of 80% available throughout England and Wales. Featuring a £995 product fee which can be added to the loan. This remortgage product has no application fee, one free standard valuation and assisted legal fees.

Where we lend.

We expanded our lending area to create a Regional Lending Area, which now covers the postcode areas BA, SN, RG, OX, SY AND TA, lending up to 90% LTV. Our Local Lending Area includes postcodes NP, CF, SA, LD, WR, GL, HR and BS, lending up to 95% LTV. Don't forget, outside of these areas we lend up to 80% LTV. Our Buy-to-Let products are only available in our Local Lending Area.

Our commitment to brokers.

We'll always pay 0.35% procuration fees for completed residential mortgages, plus 0.30% for rate switches, and 0.45% for Buy-to-Let.
