To help first time buyers make that all important first step on the property ladder, we’re pleased to offer a range of Family Assist Mortgage Products that allow parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and other relatives to support first time buyers with house purchases by allowing them to join in the mortgage without having to be a guarantor.

• Income multiples of up to 4.5x considered.
• 95% mortgages considered in postcode areas NP, CF, SA, LD, WR, GL, HR, BS, BA, SN, RG, OX, SY and TA.
