Our new range provides customers who have a lower LTV with competitive rates for both purchase and remortgage. Our purchase range comprises of two products, one with a product fee and one without. Rates start at just 1.13% for two years, with a product fee of £999. An early repayment charge also applies to this mortgage.

Our remortgage range also includes two products, one with a product fee and one without. These remortgage rates start at 1.19% for two years, with a £999 product fee, one free standard valuation, assisted legal fees**, no telegraphic fee and no application fee.
