For clients looking to fix, our Fixed Rate Purchase range includes two, three and five-year products. Our Two Year Fixed Rate range starts from 1.13%, and includes a £999 product fee, no application fee and Early Repayment Charge of 3%. Up to 65% Loan to Value is available on this product.
