Society Launches Range of Two Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Products

The Society has launched a range of Two Year Fixed Remortgage and Rate Switch products.

For customers looking to remortgage their property, the Society has launched a new Two Year Fixed Rate Remortgage product at 1.40% with a maximum LTV of 65%. This mortgage product comes with one free valuation, £500 cashback, a product fee of £999 which can be added to the loan and free funds transfer.

For those customers with a 10% deposit, the new remortgage range also includes a Two Year Fixed Rate Remortgage product at 1.99%. This product comes with one free valuation, £500 cashback, has a product fee of £999 which can be added to the loan and free funds transfer.

Both of the Society’s new remortgage products have no application fee and are available throughout England and Wales. An early repayment charge of 3% applies.

The new range also includes a Two Year Fixed Rate Rate Switch mortgage at 1.75%, with a maximum LTV of 65%. This exclusive rate for existing members only, has no application or product fee and is available throughout England and Wales. A 3% early repayment charge applies. Don't forget we'll pay 0.30% for all rate switches.
