New Buy-to-Let Products Available |
The mortgage market is anticipating that many landlords will be looking to re-finance their Buy-to-Let mortgages in April 2018, following a large spike in two year fixed rate mortgages being purchased before the 3% stamp duty surcharge was introduced in April 2016. The Society has responded by launching a competitive* new range of two year Buy-to-Let remortgage products.
Our two year Buy-to-Let Discount is 1.75%, has one free standard valuation**, assisted Legal Fees*** and one free funds transfer fee. This product has a £999 product fee which can be added to the loan.
The range also comprises of a two year Buy-to-Let Discount at 1.95%. This product has one free standard valuation**, assisted Legal Fees***, one free funds transfer fee and no product fee.
Both of the Society’s new Discount Buy-to-Let remortgage products have £250 cashback and early repayment charges apply.
Within our fixed range, we offer a two year Fixed Rate Buy-to-Let at 2.19%, which has one free standard valuation**, assisted Legal Fees***, one free funds transfer fee and has a £999 product fee which can be added to the loan.
Alongside is a two year Fixed Rate Buy-to-Let at 2.65%, which has one free standard valuation**, assisted Legal Fees***, one free funds transfer fee and no product fee.
All of our Buy-to-Let remortgage products offer a loan to value (LTV) of up to 75% and are available across England and Wales.

Society extends its lending area
We recently expanded our core lending area for residential mortgage loans up to 95% Loan to Value (LTV) across England and Wales. Including our Buy-to-Let mortgage range up to 75% Loan to Value (LTV). We hope the expansion will have a positive impact on the number of products available to your customers. This change will enable the Society to continue its commitment to helping first time buyers across England and Wales achieve their goal of getting on the property ladder.
