Residential property was nearly included in pension schemes in 2005 but Gordon Brown scrapped the legislation.
The world is now a very different place. George Osborne is currently consulting as to whether pension schemes should be allowed to hold residential property. The debate is focused on commercial property in high streets and town centres. |
