Clever Lending partner with Kensington Mortgages

Clever Lending, has partnered with Kensington Mortgages as a distributor of their specialist and buy to let first charge mortgage products.
The partnership will provide additional value to the Kensington Mortgages product distribution model and will see Clever Lending handle first charge enquiries, packaging and lender liaison, which will be of real benefit to brokers on more complex cases.
Kensington Mortgages is a specialist lender focusing on first charge and buy to let mortgages for self-employed and credit score clients. With a particular expertise in complex cases, they will work with Clever Lending to help brokers complete on cases they thought were too difficult to find funding for.
With more than 20 years in the specialist lending sector, Kensington have a highly experienced team and take care to assess each application on its own merits with a view to providing finance for a variety of clients whether they be contract workers, rely on bonuses or have had credit problems in the past.
Brokers are able to now deal directly with Clever Lending to take advantage of their niche lending opportunities and expertise in packaging cases that the partnership brings.
