With effect Friday 01 December National Counties Building Society Standard Variable Rates will be changing.
Our Bank of England Base Rate Tracker products will change as per the contractual terms on 25 December 2017.
Owner Occupier Monthly Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 4.79%
Owner Occupier Annual Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 4.69%
Residential Investment Monthly Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.54%
Residential Investment Annual Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.44%
