Family Building Society - Standard Variable Rate changes

With effect Friday 01 December Family Building Society Standard Variable Rates will be changing.
Our Bank of England Base Rate Tracker products will change as per the contractual terms on 25 December 2017.
Updated Standard Variable Rates below -
Owner Occupier Monthly Managed Mortgage Rate will increase by 0.25% to 4.79%
Owner Occupier Monthly Flexi Managed Mortgage Rate will increase by 0.25% to 4.89%
Residential Investment Monthly Managed Mortgage Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.54%
