HLPartnership appoints Operations Director

HLPartnership (HLP) has announced the appointment of Adam Smith as Operations Director.
He joins from international insurance, risk management and consulting services company, Gallagher where he was Operations Director within UK Retail. Adam spent ten years at Northern Rock successfully running BDM teams working with intermediaries as well as two years at Legal & General as Head of Intermediary Accounts, before spending over seven years at Police Mutual, where he initially led their whole of market mortgage & protection advice service before becoming Head of Group Operations.
Speaking about Adam’s appointment, Christopher Tanner, HLP’s CEO said, “We are delighted to welcome Adam to the senior management team at HLP. He fills the role of Operations Director, a new position in the business. HLP is growing and Adam’s appointment will bring greater focus to our growth strategy along with the ability to coordinate separate departments’ efforts to better meet the needs of the business.
