Specialist Hub launches exclusive second charge products

Specialist Hub is delighted to announce that they are now working exclusively with private investors to offer new second charge products into the market.
These products are targeted at customers who have overcome problems with their credit and will accept any amount of County Court judgements and defaults. Mortgage arrears in the last 12 months are also accepted.
Loans are accepted if at least 51% of the advance is being used for business purposes, so debt, consolidation and other personal uses can be considered.
