Are there any companies/networks actually still using The Key?
Fortunately I wont have to shortly! The Key is horrific, and is constantly having a problem. I feel every week its costing us money.
Affordability Brain is going backwards, less lenders, worse calculations. Removed buy to let as it was too tricky!
Criteria Brain - flagged multiple errors, and continues to not be rectified.
Customer service - I don't believe they even believe they have customers, don't think i have ever had an apology, ever!
It is such a shame as some really nice, key people in the company, but how this sink hasn't sunk yet is beyond me.
