360 Dotnet welcomes Bahadir Isguzerer to the team as Head of Engineering. He started his career as a Senior Software Development Engineer and has held several positions within the technology sector since 1999. He holds a BSc and a MSc degree in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University and has since won three Sompo Japan Global Awards.

Before joining 360, he was an IT Coordinator for Sompo Japan Insurance where he was in charge of handling technical projects and initiating programs. He contributed his technical expertise to product development, coordinating the growth of new technologies with IT engineers, system, and business analysts. He led project management practices and planned and prioritised with stakeholders and senior leaders according to strategic targets of the company. He was responsible for running program portfolio on cloud based next generation insurance platform development, customer portal and mobile app, CRM and omni-channel platform, back-office applications supporting business departments processes and more.
