Melanie Knights will be featured in The Sunday Times this weekend. Mel is 40, lives in Newcastle and is married with three children plus a wonderful spaniel dog called Oscar. Melanie lost her job as a midwife in 2014 due to prolonged absence from work, primarily caused by arthritis. The Seven Families campaign is a charity led project to provide a tax-free income for one year to seven people who lost their income following a life changing illness and/or disability.
