Nexus recently made it's 27th IFA acquisition
Acquisition is really the wrong word - that makes it sound harsh and brittle.
Without fail every firm that has come our way has done so because both firms are aligned culturally. If they aren't then everything else fails.
It's all about taking the clients on a journey and not waking up one day to a letter on the door mat announcing their trusted adviser's departure!
The real value in any IFA business is not the recurring income but the adviser.
Why other acquisition firms take the adviser out the equation upon sale is beyond me. Clients need on going reassurance even if that is in a non-advisory capacity.
If you're thinking about the future and would like a non-commital exploratory chat/coffee then please do get in touch.
