I am working with a client based in Sheffield as they are looking to expand their Mortgage team with a new Mortgage Adviser. This is due to consistent growth.

They are looking for somebody with the following experience;
- 1+ years as a Mortgage Advisor
- Preferably holds a CeMAP
- Experience / knowledge of shared ownership mortgages
Your key responsibilities would be;
- Asking relative questions and using your skills to establish customer needs
- Carry out HCA affordability checks for Housing Associations
- Be the customer’s primary contact throughout the entire mortgage application process
