Knowledge Bank has announced a new partnership with Answers in Retirement Group (Air Group) creating a ‘super software’ between its mortgage criteria search tool and the Air Sourcing platform for later life advisers.
The advanced technology created is the first time a dedicated criteria platform and a dedicated product sourcing platform have been integrated together in the later life lending space.
Knowledge Bank has significantly increased its offering on later life lending policy and is the largest database of mortgage lending criteria held anywhere in the UK. Kept up to date by the lenders themselves via their own secure portals, the system holds over 4,000 individual pieces of criteria on equity release products alone. This is further split down into granular detail where lenders have multiple brands and funding lines.
Air Sourcing already contains a significant number of criteria options to be utilised by its users, however adding Knowledge Bank’s thousands of additional criteria now gives its users unprecedented insight into the availability and compatibility of hundreds of later life products.
From today, Knowledge Bank’s detailed later life criteria information will be overlaid on top of Air Sourcing’s product results to be utilised efficiently by advisers.
Existing Air Sourcing users can access Knowledge Bank by simply entering the sourcing screen on the Air Sourcing platform. Complete your client’s information to open the sourcing session and click the Criteria option.
