The firm are absolutely thrilled that Amy’s dedication to her clients, team and wider associates has been recognized at the 2023 IPW National Conference in Birmingham in the presence of her peers and fellow members.
Amy Peters said “I’m truly honored to have been nominated by my peers for this unique award. As a family-run firm specialising in Wills and Estate Planning, we really focus on providing the best service we can to our clients. We’re committed to ensuring professionally accredited will writing services are accessible to everyone and to receive this award is a credit to the whole team, not just myself.
It’s an absolute privilege to be able to support clients to prepare for what can be the most emotionally taxing time for their families and to ensure their wishes are fulfilled. It’s a hugely important role and I’m extremely proud to receive this recognition.”
Beneficial Trust & Will Co shall celebrate their 25th year in business next year having been founded by Amy’s father, Trevor in 1999. The firm supports the delivery of Willwriting and Estate Planning services across England & Wales via their network of over a hundred professionally trained advisers. In addition, www.beneficialfamilywills.co.uk was launched by the firm in 2021 to provide information and improved access to their services for clients.
The IPW has over 900 members, is the only Will Writing body to be regulated by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and is recognized as the leading professional body regulating and promoting the profession of Willwriting in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. As well as a demanding entrance examination process, members are required to maintain a designated standard of continuing professional development along with professional indemnity insurance and adherence to the IPW code of practice.
