'Very small green shoots'
We're seeing a number of positives in the mortgage market including:
- Bluestone Mortgages and Foundation return to lending
- Kensington and Hampshire Trust Bank increase to 75% LTV
- InterBay Commercial reinstated lending on HMOs and max loan now £3m with max LTV now 75%
- Kent Reliance reinstated lending on HMOs and MUFBs and LTVs increased to 75% on Resi & BTL
- Precise Mortgages reintroduced lending on H2B for Purchases, plus New Build and Studio Flats and LTVs now 75% LTV on Resi & BTL first charges
- The Mortgage Lender (TML) now lending on HMOs and MUFBs
We're sure we'll see others following next week. All of these are great bits of news and more so for existing pipeline cases that may have been put on hold over the last few weeks.
Business is being done and responsible solutions remain available for a variety of client needs.
