·      Regulated up to 70% LTV

·      Unregulated up to 75% LTV

·      Loans up to £1M

·      AVM (Automated Valuation Models) available

 

When can Octopus carry out an AVM?

 

·      Regulated and Unregulated bridging

·      Confidence level 5 and above (out of 7)

·      Houses, bungalows and flats not within a block

·      Open market purchase or refinance
