Last week was busy with two loans funded
£70k for a purchase in Darlington of a house to be renovated and flipped. The initial loan was £42k with stage payments for the work
£200k bridge loan for the payment of a tax bill secured on a Holiday park in Yorkshire. This loan was funded in 4 working days from application to completion.
