We are looking for few beta testers for a new BTL whole market calculator before it goes live. If interested please email: administration@axessonline.co.uk.

It will have the ability to calculate max loan for both <5 y and 5 rates searched on following basis:

Holiday let - rent based
Holiday let - income based

Semi Commercial Comm

BM Solutions

BM Solutions currently does not have a BTL loan calculator on their website. Presume their web developers have not got around to doing it. We have added BM Solutions to our sample calculator. If you are a fan of BM, use this link to determine their max loan (it's live). Just remember the 60% LTV special, has higher minimum income and will only show if LTV 60 is selected on calculator.
