We've reduced BTL rates by up to 0.40%!

- 5 year fixed, 75% LTV Buy to Let rates reduced on our Vida 36 tier
- Reductions of 0.40% for HMO and MUBs and 0.35% for individual units
- Fee options of 2%, 4% and 6%
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
0.15% cut on our 5 year fixed, 75% LTV, Vida 36, 6% fee - now 4.99%
0.20% cut on our 5 year fixed HMO/MUB, 75% LTV, Vida 36, 6% fee – now 5.14%
