Regulated bridging lender Greenfield Mortgages, in its 15th year of trading, has today released its new brand. The company will now operate as Greenfield Bridging under modern, contemporary branding.
This rebrand includes a fresh website and a renewed visual identity.
Greenfield Mortgages, founded in 2009 by Steve Smith (Founder of Poundland), initially launched the business because he was acutely aware, from personal property experience, that a gap existed in the market for a tailor-made service proposition in the bridging sector. “I wanted to refresh and align our branding to reflect the success the business has seen over the past 15 years,” remarked Smith.
He added: “We have significant growth plans this year, and as more and more Brokers see bridging as part of their offering, it felt like an ideal opportunity.”
Richard Keen, National Sales Manager at Greenfield Bridging, expressed his excitement about the new branding. He said, “The feedback internally has been overwhelmingly positive. Our new branding is strong, clear, and resonates with our distribution partners and customers. We have already received a flood of positive feedback, which further strengthens our belief in the new direction we are taking.”
