So I just received this product update

Why can Santander not be specific instead of leaving us wondering which rates are rising and which are falling?

Basic common-sense non-withstanding, this just about sums up the Santander attitude towards brokers

You’ve given us 36hours warning but no idea of what is changing

How difficult would it have been to detail the changes?

On Friday 31 January, we’re reducing most fixed rates in our new business and product transfer ranges by up to 0.28%. A small number of fixed rates are increasing by up to 0.12%.

We’re also temporarily withdrawing our green remortgage range for residential and Buy to Let customers.

There’s no change to new business or product transfers
