We are delighted to invite you to our first CPD event of the year, our Mortgage & Protection event in Cobham taking place in January. We will be returning to Cobham this time with new lenders and providers, where you will have the opportunity to engage in roundtable sessions, as well as hear Paradigm’s latest compliance & regulatory update and 2 presentations. This CPD event will aim to cover the following learning objectives:-
- Inform you about hot topics in our industry and upcoming regulatory changes through a Compliance & Regulatory Update from our Mortgages Technical Director, Christine Newell.
- Give you an update on the Mortgages market from a presentation from our Head of Mortgages, John Coffield.
- Meet with some of top Lenders to discuss their USPs, changes to criteria that will better support you and your clients and how to do more business with them.
- Provide a detailed understanding of how the Providers attending are working with you to enable you to help more clients and look at ways in which you can identify which clients may benefit from these solutions.
- Cover the FAQs of becoming a Paradigm Mortgages member and of aligning your protection agencies to Paradigm to get enhanced terms, if applicable.
