(2 hours, open to regulated firms only)
This highly interactive session, facilitated by supervisors, will help firms identify and understand risks and potential causes of harm.
The workshop will be based around an interactive case study where delegates will work through a specific scenario. This will involve a number of topics including Insurance Distribution Directive, complaints, and the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. The scenario will put into practice our expectations and will give attendees ideas and concepts that are applicable to their own businesses.
The session will be of most benefit to general insurance intermediaries, however other insurance firms are welcome. A registration fee of £85 per person will apply.
