18 Oct 2007 Recently submitted a buy to let app, client has an AST and a tenant producing �650 per month rental, but because the valuer states rental of �500, their lending is based on valuers figure not the actual rental being obtained
22 Nov 2006 Great post completion support. Had a client die suddenly (22 yrs old!!). They've agreed to waive the redemption penalty on his mortgage when the life insurance comes through and has given a 2 month payment break to the widow. Fantastic support, quick responses too. Great to see lenders helping out this way.
