25 Mar 2014 Really good company to work with. Flexible and helpful. Best multiples. 50% of net pay after deductions. I have had over 6 times income. Also, they have a 95% product so really well worth a look.

28 May 2013 I stopped using them after 3 weeks they still hadn't instructed the survey.

30 Jul 2008 I have just had a VERY heated discussion with Kent Reliance. I submitted a case a month ago but as the clients were on holiday, I could not send the fees. They are now telling me TODAY that I will not receive ANY PROC FEE whatsoever! They are still contacting me for information re the case - they obviously think I work for NOTHING! How can they possibly change the 'goal posts' at a time when I have no choice. I cannot go back to my client and ask for a fee, so I lose out all round!!

20 Nov 2006 �62 for a 10 year fixed rate re-mortgage product. Best advice for the client. Support from lender was the worst that I have encountered.

4 Nov 2006 Quaint and honest - told me the case would take 3 weeks to underwrite (!) and it did.
