4 Nov 2016 Generally an OK lender with reasonable systems. However need to be aware that they will contact your introduced client 3 months before their rate is due to finish to get the business before you can. They have confirmed that this is their procedure. Lovely!

13 Apr 2015 Had a case with them in which they were insisting further proof of income despite my pointing out that they had the clients company accounts. Until Client contacted them to discuss the matter when they relaxed the condition. How does the client see me?
4 Aug 2014 Just done a BTL case application. After two weeks it's declined because the clients have too much BTL income. Own house unencumbered, 2 BTL's under 50% LTV 3rd BTL unencumbered. This 30% rule is pants just like the lender

14 May 2013 Do not let your Natwest applicants go to a branch to process ID or similar without your Natwest BDM setting it up, they will poach the client if they can.
