19 Jan 2007 used them as the client had a mortgage with them. Given promises of speed and efficiency, but took 2 weeks to instruct a valuer. utter rubbish. was lied to by sales support, who told me that she was instructing that day.

6 Oct 2006 Online system is years behind and even if you get a case in before the deadline, if the customer dates the dec before the product pull date, they won't honour.

1 Sep 2006 Just used them - pretty good, fairly helpful, quick in getting offer out though needed to gee them up with getting valuation down - they definately need to be quicker there.
