18 Nov 2016 Why do I bother! Wish they'd stop appearing towards the top of the sourcing lists. I'd had a sabbatical from them for about 8 months but painfully tried again. Why does it take 7 working days for someone to input the valuation details, someone else to then check the valuation for any issues, and then someone else to click the button for the offer. Accord learnt this lesson months ago and gave one person the authority for all parts of the process and their processing was transformed overnight
22 May 2014 Good. Bit pernickety re documents but they do answer their phones and their online system is actually great.
19 Sep 2007 We recently submitted a case and it was offered very quickly, however the client then asked for an extra 5k, Platform said it would take SEVEN days to let us know whether they could have the extra, this is simply not good enough
12 Dec 2006 My case submitted 17th JULY and completed 8th DECEMBER, even the solicitors needed 3 weeks before Platform would release funds. Never, ever, again. The worst experience I had had with a lender......What happened to TCF, treating Customers Fairly???
22 Nov 2006 Poor, very poor, and then they sold their portfolio to Derbyshire HL, who are worse!! I'm currently trying to sort out a mess they've put one of my long standing client into. I feel its time to bang my head against a wall again......
4 Nov 2006 Extraordinary that they inherited Verso, who were supposed to be the intermediary version of Britannia - they could not be more different than their parent company. Having said that, they are useful for unusual situations (let-to-buy, BTL, adverse etc)
1 Apr 2006 The most consistently rude and inappropriate lender I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The intermediary support staff are obviously overworked but that does not justify the culture of rudeness perpetuating the support desk. Unforgivebale alone, but worse, when at the last hurdle the case fell out of bed. Never again! Capital Fortune.
