6 Jul 2015 Good lender BUT their mortgage offers last only 3 months, if they increased this to 6 months in line with most lenders I would do a lot more business with them..3 months is too short for purchases where the chain collapses etc..then the client has to basically start again..its a pain

4 Jun 2013 dip accepted and full application sent - paid booking fee of course and survey done - then get the message it is declined - the reason given is they dont like the feel of this one. as far as I can tell got no missed payments and the property is ok.
9 May 2013 Principality are a great lender and often overlooked, good bdm, you can talk to underwriters, they are flexible , quick and their rates are good.

28 Dec 2007 BDM's are involved in decision making. Quality products. Sometimes a bit slow when busy.
13 Mar 2007 Case dealt with very fast and efficient and they have the best online submission out of all the lenders, bar none. It's a beautiful system to use and others should learn from it.
