14 May 2013 Not getting very good service from Skipton at the moment - two cases declined in a week at Offer stage?!

8 May 2013 I have had a couple of perfectly good cases declined by them recently, after taking 2 weeks to assess. I got the dreaded "sorry this one isnt for us" line.

10 Jan 2008 You can always get through to talk to someone, just submitted a BTL which was offered very quickly. The underwriters are accessible and easy to talk to.

17 Aug 2007 Done bundles of biz on their capped rate...good income stretches, but snowed under at present (which is affecting service). They want straight cases with pay-slips and bank statements so they can issue the offer without complication.

13 Dec 2006 I have just completed 2 remortgages with Skipton. Both sailed through. Many thanks.
