20 Jul 2006 Used them 05 & 06 2006 on 2 cases. Not too bad but could be better. Quoted incorrect interest rate on first case, then final offer even higher due to credit history which they didnt pick up on to advise us. Software for case tracking good. Though faxes dont always seem to reach them and so delays case. Seem a bit slow in returning calls but very friendly to talk to.
