3 Jan 2007 I can't stand this company (for personal business reasons) but they are fast earning a good reputation for service and generous underwriting. I had two non-straightforward cases accepted on standard rates and issued on the spot. I got paid 8 days later. Wow!

4 Jul 2006 My experience is a mixture of both of the comments. Quick enough to pay but you run the risk of the client falling asleep during the lifestyle interrogation!
19 Apr 2006 L&G's on line application system is a nightmare. It tries to ask every possible question under the sun, which takes ages. If you print off the application form for the client to complete, it is about 30 pages long! I hope that they follow some of the ther insurers and start to use telephone based underwriting.
